Accessible environment

Beneficial groups of the population are provided with free parking (upon presentation of documents) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

• The passage of people with disabilities is carried out through the VIP entrance located on the side of the Teatralnaya alley. There are specially equipped restrooms in the lobby on the 4th floor.

• During the event, wheelchair users with accompanying persons are accommodated in special places on the first tier. Entrance through the 4th floor.
