Rules for the return of electronic tickets for sports, concerts and other events issued in VTB Online

Conditions for the return of previously issued electronic tickets for events:

Concerts

When applying, you can return:
· From 10 days or more before the start of the event - 100% of the nominal value of the ticket;
· From 5 to 9 days - 50% of the face value of the ticket;
· From 3 to 4 days - 30% of the nominal value of the ticket;
· Less than 3 days no refund. Exception: returns can only be made in connection with special circumstances;
· The service fee is non-refundable.

Example:

A ticket to the concert, including the service fee, cost 6,600 rubles
The nominal cost of the ticket was 6,000 rubles
Date of the concert: April 05, 2022
The refund request date is March 29, 2022 (i.e. 7 days before the event date).
The date of the concert does not count
The refund amount will be 3,000 rubles (50% of the face value of the ticket)

Football

For football matches, the amount to be refunded is determined by the Rules of the Football Club and depends on the deadline for submitting an application:
· No later than 3 days before the start of the match - 100% of the ticket price. If the refund is agreed by the Football Club;
· No returns later than 3 days. Exception: returns can only be made in connection with special circumstances;
· The service fee is non-refundable.

Hockey

For hockey matches, the amount to be refunded is determined by the Rules of the Hockey Club and depends on the deadline for submitting an application:
· No later than 3 days before the start of the match - 100% of the ticket price. If the return is agreed by the Hockey Club;
· No returns later than 3 days. Exception: returns can only be made in connection with special circumstances;
· The service fee is non-refundable.

Other events

Conditions for returning to other events are determined by the Event Organizer, details can be clarified by e-mail: tickets@vtb-arena.com

Return form:

2. Prepare a scanned copy or photo of an electronic receipt
To receive an electronic check, you need to scan the QR code located in the lower left part of the ticket through the «Check Checks of the Federal Tax Service of Russia» application. Detailed instructions in the Questions and Answers section.

5. Additional documents due to special circumstances · Disease. It is necessary to provide a document certified by a medical organization (sick leave);
· Death of a family member or close relative. The list of close relatives is determined in accordance with the Family Code of the Russian Federation. Relationship must be documented, it is also necessary to provide a death certificate.

Return periods:

The deadline for consideration of the application by the Organizer is up to 10 working days. The refund occurs within 10 working days from the moment of a positive decision on your application, to the account from which the payment for the tickets was made. If the money was not credited to the account on time, you need to write an e-mail: tickets@vtb-arena.com

Ticket exchange:
Ticket exchange is not provided. It is necessary to issue a refund of a previously issued e-ticket and purchase a new one.
