Security service requirements during organizing an event

Organizers of the event are obliged to notify the executive authorities and the relevant territorial internal affairs bodies about holding a mass event with less than 5,000 participants at least 30 days before the date of the mass event. The organizer of the event is obliged to submit to the executive authorities and the relevant territorial internal affairs bodies information about the name of the event, its program, indicating the place, time, conditions of organizational, financial and other support for its holding, the expected number of participants, the organizer's address and contact phone numbers.(The order of the Mayor of Moscow, dated October 5, 2000 N 1054-РМ https://www.mos.ru/authority/documents/doc/14275220/).

To hold a mass event, the organizers are required to obtain consent from the executive authorities.(The order of the Mayor of Moscow, dated October 5, 2000 N 1054-РМ https://www.mos.ru/authority/documents/doc/14275220/).

Placement of advertisements and other information about the date, time and place of the event, sale and distribution of invitation and/or paid entrance tickets for spectators is carried out only after these issues have been agreed with the SCEC administration.

Lists of the personnel involved at the facility (according to the form provided by the administration) are provided to the administration of the SCEC no later than 7 days before the start of installation.
